We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing tactics to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
- Work with key players and sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Execute warm calling, telemarketing, and outbound calling campaigns to generate leads
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials
Plan for and participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions
Assist with social media platforms, electronic media content and monitor online advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales in a B to B environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
