Nexeo Staffing Maintenance Tech in LEHI, Utah
The Maintenance Tech is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of apartment units in Lehi,Utah. The successful candidate will oversee the planning,coordination,and execution of repairs,replacements,upgrades,and general maintenance tasks to ensure the properties receive the specific attention needed.
Responsibilities
Prepare rental units for move-in to ensure a smooth transition for incoming renters.
Coordinate with vendors to complete preparatory work on the property.
Manage and restock supplies,place orders for additional supplies as needed.
Oversee and ensure timely completion of work orders to achieve customer satisfaction.
Supervise maintenance of amenities such as hot tubs,clubhouse,fitness center,etc.
Schedule and conduct yearly inspections for fire safety systems and backflow preventers.
Manage snow removal for the property during winter months.
Attend to after-hours maintenance emergency calls and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
Provide excellent communication and delegation to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
HVAC certification required.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods,bend,stoop,and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Pay
$18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm,with on-call rotation and winter snow removal duties
