Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an AP Accountant in Lehi, Utah. The role involves a significant amount of data processing and the use of various accounting software systems. The primary function is to supervise and manage accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) process and ensure all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with company policies

• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing and account coding

• Handle ADP - Financial Services and Concur systems proficiently

• Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies

• Ensure timely processing of payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• Implement and manage accrual accounting practices

• Conduct general accounting functions to support the financial operations of the business. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred.

• Proficiency in using Concur is a must.

• Ability to perform Data Processing tasks effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary.

• Auditing skills are highly desirable.

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is beneficial.
