Description
Develop close relationships with the shops and maintain the day to day communication with franchisor
Select collections/ product in accordance with the market trends/ culture and analyzes the market segment at which the store product is aimed along with the correct mark up in prices and margins
Manage product flows throughout the season and oversees the buying process
Assist in analyzing and planning the OTB and agrees on the budget provided by the retail analysis team
Communicate with buyers’ seasonal trends in order to agree on the seasonal launch plan, product selection, and sizing distribution
Manage the stock level based on forecasted season sales and product follow including commercial calendar planning and control stock availability and assist the brand manager in setting the price strategy of the brand according to comparative reports
Complete regular sales reporting in close coordination with the shops to identify margin opportunities and risks
Monitor product flow by detecting slow sellers, best sellers and ensuring proper allocation/ relocation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in fashion Retail; experience in purchasing is a plus
Fluency in English; French is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
