Description

Excel guru in financial modeling, macros, analytics needed for an interim position with a hybrid schedule in LaVergne, Tennessee. This opportunity revolves around the function of a Sr. Financial Analyst, providing critical financial insights and analysis for our operations. Approximately 2 month project.

Responsibilities:

• Disaggregate or deconstruct pricing components netted into the same general ledger account to provide a more detailed view of costs and revenues

• Expand price/volume revenue analysis to include more granular data and insights

• Analyze and interpret variations in product prices across different customers and periods

• Create a strategic planning model

• Utilize various data mining techniques to extract relevant financial information for analysis

• Operate and manage ERP Solutions to streamline financial operations and processes

• Use SAP BusinessObjects and other SAP tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting

• Participate in budget processes, contributing valuable insights and forecasts for strategic planning

• Use CRM tools to track, manage, and analyze customer interactions and data, supporting sales management and customer service efforts.

• Works closely with and reports directly to the CFO

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - macros, modeling, forecasting, variance analysis

• Proven experience in a Senior Financial Analyst role

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and SAP

• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Must have the ability to interpret and analyze financial data and provide financial guidance to the company

• Strong understanding of financial systems and procedures

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
