FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems, a subsidiary of Teledyne Flir, located in the greater Montreal area, is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to fill an important position in its manufacturing team. This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs, builds, and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Our radar systems are amongst the best performers and most reliable in the industry.

Primary Duties & responsibilities
Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:
Perform incoming inspection on shipments/materials received
Receive and physically store materials
Prepare packing for outgoing shipments
Prepare accurate bill of lading/commercial invoice and other documents require
Ensure proper documentation for shipments in a timely manner
In accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)
Transact receipts, shipments, transfers, etc. in SAP to enable accurate billing and inventory
Communicate with customers for shipping instruction
Other duties as required
Requirements
College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/or related discipline
1 year of experience in international shipping/receiving
Experience with SAP
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience in a small business environment is an asset
Bilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A cet emplacement certifié ISO 9001, FLIR conçoit, construit et entretient des systèmes radar de surveillance de pointe qui sont vendus dans le monde entier. Nos systèmes radar sont parmi les plus performants et les plus fiables de l’industrie.
Responsabilités :
Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilités dans les domaines spécifiques énumérés ci-dessous :
Effectuer une inspection à la réception du matériel
Recevoir le matériel et le ranger en inventaire
Préparer le packaging des colis sortants
Préparer et compléter toute documentation requise pour les expéditions
Selon les procédures en effet, effectuer les vérifications de sécurité avant expédition (ITAR-GTC)
Effectuer les transactions de réception, expédition et Transfer dans SAP
Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir les instructions d'expédition
Toute autre tâche au besoin
Exigences
Diplôme d’Études Collégiales en administration/chaine d'approvisionnement ou discipline relié au poste
1 année d’expérience en expédition/réception à l’international
Connaissance de SAP
Être multi-tâches et désir de s’impliquer dans l’entreprise
Expérience en petite entreprise est un atout
Être bilingue français et anglais, écrit et oral
Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
Eligible to be certified to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada
