L’équipe de vente des SHM de la TD, un canal de distribution national de services bancaires de détail, est responsable de l’acquisition de nouveaux clients pour des prêts hypothécaires et des lignes de crédit sur valeur domiciliaire. Notre mandat consiste à amener de nouveaux clients à la TD et à contribuer à l’augmentation du volume, des profits et de la part de marché de CGBI.

Le poste d’ adjoint ou adjointe aux SHM (ASHM) contribue au succès des spécialistes et du canal des SHM en permettant aux spécialistes de se concentrer sur les activités de vente et d’expansion des affaires. L’ASHM offre un soutien quotidien aux SHM dans tous les domaines de l’administration du crédit en traitant les volumes de travail assignés avec exactitude et efficacité, tout en appuyant les engagements du spécialiste et les échéances de l’unité.

Le candidat idéal possède ce qui suit :

  • Expérience en prêt hypothécaire/crédit

  • Compétences supérieures en informatique et en technologie

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint

  • Grand sens de l’organisation avec un esprit d’initiative et une capacité à travailler de façon autonome en mode multitâche dans un milieu compétitif et dynamique

  • Gestion du temps irréprochable, respect des échéances et respect (ou dépassement) des ententes de niveau de service, pour le client comme pour les partenaires

  • Grand souci de la précision et du détail

  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle reposant sur de solides habiletés en communication et relations interpersonnelles

  • Capacité à travailler selon des horaires variables, notamment le soir et les fins de semaine

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais)

The TD Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team is a national retail banking channel responsible for acquisition of new mortgage and home equity line of credit business. Our mandate is to deliver new customers to the bank and to contribute to the volume, profits, and market share of TD's Real Estate Secured Lending.

The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) position contributes to the success of the Specialist and the MMS channel by allowing the Specialist to focus on sales and business development activities. You provide day to day support to the MMS in all areas of credit administration, processing assigned work volumes in an accurate and efficient manner, while supporting the Specialist and business timeline commitments.

What to expect:

  • The position is casual, and reports to the Manager, MMS Assistants

  • Day-to-day work volumes are received directly from your associated MMS

  • The MMS Assistant position is primarily remote, working from your home office

  • Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated MMS

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have mortgage/credit lending experience

  • Have superior computer / technology skills

  • Have superior proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Be highly organized and a self-starter, able to work independently and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, competitive market

  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, and be able to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from a customer as well as business-partner perspective

  • Demonstrate high-level accuracy and attention to detail

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Be bilingual (English/French)
