Las Vegas, NV 89109 SALARY: $24.78-$26.02 an hour, depending on experience

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: *A hospitality worker in the Food and Beverage (FandB) industry performs various tasks to ensure excellent customer service, food preparation, and overall guest satisfaction. Job duties may vary depending on the specific role, but common responsibilities include:
Front-of-House Duties (Customer-Facing Roles) - Greeting and seating guests in a welcoming manner - Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serving meals and beverages while ensuring timely delivery -Providing menu recommendations and answering customer inquiries -Handling payments and processing transactions -Ensuring cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and workstations -Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints professionally -Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests
Back-of-House Duties (Kitchen and Support Roles) -Food preparation (chopping, cooking, plating, etc.) -Following food safety and sanitation guidelines -Stocking ingredients and supplies in the kitchen and service areas -Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment -Assisting with inventory management and receiving shipments -Ensuring proper portion control and presentation of dishes
Other Responsibilities -Setting up and breaking down event spaces for banquets and catering services -Handling special dietary requests and allergy concerns -Coordinating with management to improve service efficiency -Providing high-quality customer experiences that align with company standards
