Service Manager (Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security)

As a Service Manager (Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security field service team. You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of service to our customers in Las Vegas, NV, while providing technical expertise and support. Your leadership and technical skills will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and the success of our field service operations.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security field service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will also provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee the Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security field service team.

  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5 + years of experience in Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security field service or a similar role.

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Building Automaton, Fire Alarm and Security systems.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
