Robert Half Financial Analyst Supervisor/Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst Manager in the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Financial Analyst Manager, you will guide the financial analysis process, lead a team of financial analysts, and provide strategic insights to support key decision-making initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to support business decisions.

• Conduct thorough financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive accountability.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy through automation and technology solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.

• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Skills:

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, BI platforms.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and driving results under tight deadlines. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis/management role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Demonstrated experience with Budget Processes.

• Proven ability to handle Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.

• Proficiency in Complex Financial Analysis.

• Experience in providing Financial Analysis to support business decisions.

• Skilled in Financial Modeling.

• Familiarity with Variance Analysis.

• Experience in Forecasting.

• Knowledge of Financial Metrics.

• Proficiency in using Reporting Dashboards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
