Description We are on the lookout for a Billing Clerk to join our team. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this role will primarily involve managing customer billing and collections, overseeing accounts receivable processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role is an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth running of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer billing to ensure accurate and timely processing

• Resolve any discrepancies in billing with customers

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring all payments are recorded accurately

• Monitor customer credit and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Process customer collections, ensuring all payments are received in a timely manner

• Resolve any collection issues promptly and professionally with customers

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, including tasks such as monitoring delinquency, executing write-offs, and issuing credit memos

• Utilize accounting software systems to accurately track and record financial transactions

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting

• Leverage Oracle NetSuite Technologies to streamline billing and collection processes. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a relevant role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Demonstrable experience with Billing Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is essential

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Technologies is a plus

• Experience in B2B collections i

• Prior experience with Billing Collection activities

• Ability to Collect Outstanding Accounts Receivables

• Experience in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.
