Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations and corporate level staff. You will also be expected to manage complex transactions and be the point of contact for internal and external auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger including the chart of accounts, subsidiary listing, and reports.

• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations including monthly accruals, adjusting entries, and support for complex transactions.

• Manage and assist in the preparation of the quarterly executive financial summaries.

• Ensure the qualitative and quantitative accuracy of the quarterly documents.

• Handle requests or questions from internal and external auditors.

• Streamline accounting documentation for new investments and acquisitions.

• Participate with management in discussions with external auditors regarding transactions.

• Assist the tax team with ledger related questions and mid to lower-level transaction inquiries.

• Maintain various investor relations and executive level presentations and projects.

• Oversee the corporate accounting controls and liaise with external auditors regarding any questions or concerns associated with these controls.

• Maintain records of shared transactions between related parties.

• Hire, train, and supervise accounting staff.

• Oversee system implementations and related technology projects.

• Perform ad hoc projects for senior management as assigned.

• Assist the M& A team with various requests as required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Great Plains (GPAC) expertise

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Experience with Billing Functions. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role within the accounting sector

• Proven experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Demonstrated ability to oversee Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven skills in Auditing

• Experience in managing Billing Functions

• Must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
