Description
Our client, in the Professional Services industry, is currently seeking an Account Manager. The position is based in Las Vegas. The role offers a permanent, direct hire, employment opportunity and will involve providing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients through various channels.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact point for client inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution with minimum transfers.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and chat, answering questions, providing information, and following through on requests.
• Work alongside clients to identify their needs and guide them to the appropriate department for assistance.
• Collaborate with individuals across departments and utilize internal resources to promptly resolve client issues.
• Manage email support requests and operate live chat software, ensuring active follow-up.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of company services, including policies and procedures.
• Continuously broaden knowledge to better address client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve client communication and coordination processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the Client Success team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience.
Comfortable working with technology and word-processing systems (e.g., Google Workspace, RingCentral).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum of 2 years of professional-level work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional certifications or coursework related to customer service or client coordination.
