Description:

The Cardiovascular Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments for the hospital (including Cardiology, EP Lab, Cardiac Testing and Interventional Radiology).

  • Ability to succeed and lead in a fast-paced dynamic working environment.

  • Strong leadership ability to oversee and manager multiple departments.

  • Responsible for a team of 70-75 colleagues.

  • 24/7 Accountability

  • Responsible for the overall management of the Heart and Vascular Center.

  • Provides nursing and administrative leadership in regards to all aspects of clinical care, patient safety, procedure scheduling, medication management, infection control, environment of care, colleague staffing, and medical staff relations.

  • Assures compliance with all departmental and hospital policies within associated departments.

  • Monitors and maintains all functions related to procedural billing practices, medical records, CDM, supply-chain and inventory management.

  • Works in collaboration to collectively promote cardiovascular services throughout the organization.
