Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturing company with seven decentralized business segments, which includes Food Equipment. The Warewash Business Division, one of the businesses within the Food Equipment Group, is seeking an Engineering Manager at its Lancaster, PA facility.

The Warewash Division is expanding its presence in existing served markets as well as new markets which requires an Engineering Manager with experience that will lead a team of four engineers to design, develop, and enhance warewashing, and waste reduction equipment for the Stero, Somat, Red Goat and Master branded product lines. This is a working manager role.

What you will do:

• Create design specifications for new or enhanced product development

• Establish schedules, resource requirements, measurements and manage projects in a timely and detailed manner

• Assure quality is engineered in our products

• Participate in design reviews to evaluate conformance to engineering principles,

• Assure customer requirements are met

• Other engineering duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Proven record of designing and implementing successful projects meeting cost, quality, and schedule

• Strong analytical and system design skills

• Strong presentation skills

• 3D design using SolidWorks or equivalent

• MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5 years of successful engineering project leadership
