Posting End Date: May 30, 2024 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position We are hiring a Gas Reporting & Analysis Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the activities of analysts to ensure quality performance, in-depth knowledge of gas commodity rules and regulations, monitoring adherence to adequate staffing, and operational goals. Leads and coordinates team to achieve Enbridge Gas Ohio's operational and strategic goals, including responsibility for capital distribution metering budget and meter inventory. Are you interested? Apply today!! Here's what you will do: Coordinates analytics to ensure operations and schedules are maintained at appropriate levels. Works with outsourced vendors to ensure contract compliance and that contractual obligations are met. Lead/Mentor analysts to evaluate the performance of Enbridge Gas Ohio's operations staff/contractors as well as improvement projects. Work closely with vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Leads and coordinates efforts to understand and evaluate potential vendors during RFI and RFP processes. Lead analysts to develop and maintain performance analytics and to validate and process monthly vendor invoices. Motivate others by encouraging and empowering them to achieve departmental and EGO's goals. Actively seek ways to improve productivity. Works with business on preparation of business cases, new metrics, and scheduling operational work. Who you are: You have: A related Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience OR a related Associate's degree and a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience OR a High School Diploma and a minimum of 9 years of directly related experience. Demonstrated leadership skills. An ability to make critical decisions independently and under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
