Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a MyVetStoreOnline Enrollment Associate for JAT Pharmacy. JAT Pharmacy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midwest Veterinary Supply (MVS) and dispenses exclusively to MVS' clinic customers and the clients of those clinics. Job Summary: The MyVetStoreOnline Enrollment Associate will assist veterinary practices with the MyVetStoreOnline onboarding process. This process requires consistent communication via phone, email, and chat with multiple contacts, including merchant services providers, sales team members, and veterinary practice staff. The team member will use a webinar service to provide training to each account. The MyVetStoreOnline Enrollment Associate provides the essential steps to each enrolling practice and prioritizes their assigned accounts to launch each as quickly and efficiently as possible. Essential Job Functions: Process completed MyVetStoreOnline applications, enter accurate data into the platform, and test as needed to ensure the store is ready for launch. Complete the enrollment steps for each account, including catalog management, communicating with merchant service providers to ensure credit card processing setup is complete and connected, and conducting training webinars. Keep veterinary practices, in conjunction with sales team members, apprised of the steps and requirements to finalize their MyVetStoreOnline enrollment. Conduct training sessions and system demonstrations for veterinary practices, sales team members, and vendor partners as necessary. This includes prospective, enrolling, and active users. Assist MyVetStoreOnline Engagement team members with support for active users of the platform. Document, effectively communicate, and collaborate with the MyVetStoreOnline team to resolve system errors, user problems, and clinic feature requests. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of 1-year customer service required Veterinary practice experience preferred Experience presenting to a large audience is preferred CRM experience preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English. Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred. Solid customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software. Focus on continuous learning. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to type 40+ words per minute. Capacity to collaborate with the home delivery team and corporate office to achieve mutual goals. Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Work is typically erformed in an office environment Monday through Friday with the core hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Working more than 40 hours per work week may be required.
