Job Title: Facilty Specialist

Location: Lakeville MA

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11pm Mon - Fri

What’s the Job?

  • Moving, erecting, and dismantling furniture and components, minor carpentry repairs and installations, handling of recycling materials, painting, and flooring.

  • Building maintenance and facilities work to include, but not limited to, handling bulletin boards, presentation grids, keyboard trays, and pictures. Other tasks include changing light bulbs, and setting up and dismantling conference room furniture and cafeteria seating. Provides exterior trash pickup including fence lines, compactor areas, and trash barrels.

  • Assists mechanics with repairs and PMs on building and production equipment when required

  • Fill in custodial work when required

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • 3 years work or trade school experience including maintenance and trade-based work

  • Ability to move and lift 50 pounds

  • Ability to work from ladders and height
