We are seeking a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative with experience in business-to-business sales and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiations of wood/lumber, construction supplies or similar field.
Responsibilities: Conducting inside sales activities to achieve sales targets. Providing exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries about freight options, inventory availability, and order processing Maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the operations team to meet and exceed customer expectations. Utilizing computer software and systems to manage sales orders and customer communications effectively. Travel required Requirements: Previous experience in business-to-business sales and customer service preferred. knowledge of freight options, inventory management, and order processing Excellent professional communication skills Strong computer proficiency
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Base plus commission position. MUST have experience with Outlook. Benefits available after 60-day probation period.
