Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling all inbound telephone calls, serving customers arriving at the dock for activities such as customer pickups, supporting delivery teams as they deliver product to customers, making pre-delivery calls to customers, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the facility manager or delivery manager.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to handle a large volume of inbound phone calls and perform inventory functions, including stock checks
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills
Computer and clerical experience preferred
Must be able to occasionally position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
Qualifications:
Must have excellent customer service skills
Computer and clerical experience preferred
Must have good organizational skills
Data entry skills preferred
High school diploma or GED is required
Full time retail schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime as needed
Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check prior to beginning employment.
Ability to occasionally move/position product weighing up to 150 lbs. without assistance and up to 250 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly or other equipment
Must be able to frequently position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
