Technical support - Order Entry Representative
Job Description
Join our dynamic Logistics and Customer Support team as an Order Entry/Customer Support Associate I, where you will interface directly with customers to understand and fulfill their needs for new or repaired headsets.
Your role will involve responding to emails and web requests, documenting customer needs accurately, and creating cases for field failures, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Will manage daily emails, handle approximately 20 calls per day, and provide pre-sales support by educating customers on our products and assisting with orders.
Additionally, you will offer technical support, enter detailed notes into our system, and ensure our commitment to outstanding customer service is maintained in every interaction.
Your responsibilities will also include approving web cases, managing reports, participating in outbound marketing, and attending tradeshows as necessary.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Work Environment
You will be part of a close-knit team of 6 in an open concept office, working either from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with the latter schedule being more likely.
