Robert Half is partnering with a mid-sized firm near Portland to find an estate planning and probate associate. The firm is seeking a compassionate and talented attorney to join their growing estate planning and probate practice. With over 35 years of experience this candidate would have the opportunity to join a collaborative team that fosters strong client relationships. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Estate and Probate and a proven interest in providing peace of mind for families navigating complex legal matters.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in probate and estate planning.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity is essential.

• The applicant must have a valid license to practice law in Oregon.
