Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will create essential components for ventilators and other medical-grade equipment, which are in very high demand. Your responsibilities include setting up, operating, and programming various CNC and manual machine tools. You will work with specific machining centers such as Fadal VMCs & controllers, Multus, Hardinge Lathes & Fanuc controllers, Okuma LR10, LT10, LT-200MY, and LFS lathes, and Okuma MA series.

Hard Skills

• 5 years of CNC setup and machining

• General knowledge of CNC & Manual machine tools, their operation, tooling, and set-up

• Specific knowledge of machining centers including Fadal VMCs, Multus, Hardinge Lathes, Okuma Lathes

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

You will have the option to work in a clean, temperature-controlled shop with 55 total employees across various shifts: 1st shift (5 am-3 pm, Monday-Thursday), 2nd shift (2:45 pm-12:45 am, Monday-Thursday), and Weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 6 am-6 pm).
