FirstService Residential Beach Attendent in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania
Job Overview:Â Â
Aspart of theBeachStaff,youâllbe responsible forenforcingbeachrules and ensuring the safety ofresidents/guests in thebeacharea.ÂÂ
Your Responsibilities:Â Â
- Enforcing allbeachrules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.Â
- Oversee thebeachareaÂÂ
- Greet and register all homeowners and guests when at lifeguard deskÂ
- Complete daily opening and closing proceduresÂ
- Maintain clean and sanitary beach area,restroomsand shower areasÂ
- Perform other duties and special projects asrequested.Â
- Maintain an inventory of allbeachside equipment toalways be in good working condition for guestsÂ
- Ensure the safety of residents and guestsutilizingthebeacharea.Â
- Provideinformation and services to residentswith exceptional customer serviceÂ
- Clean up the generalbeacharea by returning chairs and equipment back to proper locations.Â
- Report anysafetyor maintenance concerns toManager.Â
Beaccessible to and approachabletoresidents/guests. ·Â
Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and proceduresappropriate forhis/her position.ÂÂ
- Follow safety procedures andmaintaina safe work environment.Â
Â
Skills & Qualifications:Â Â
- Minimum of High School diploma. CPR Certification is desirable.Â
- Experience in the hospitalityor serviceindustryÂ
- Experience and training in customer service is highly desirable.Â
- Experience in an aquatic setting desirable.Â
- Basic cleaning skillsÂ
- Work in a teamenvironmentÂ
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and advanced communication skills a plus.Â
- Must present a professional image. Must be outgoing and able to work with all types of people.Â
- Accountable for oneâs own work, decisions and safety of oneself and safety of oneself and others.Â
- Capable of working extended hours,includingevenings,weekendsandholidaysas necessary.Â
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ·Â
- Multiple language fluency is desirable. ·Â
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequired.Â
- Ability to lift 30 â 50lbsÂ
- Work in an upright standing position forlong periodsof timeÂ

Schedule:
- About 20 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday-Sunday - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Compensation : Â Â
$16per hourÂ
