Aston Carter Data Entry Clerk in Lake Forest, Illinois

Looking for:

  • 2+ years of office experience (data entry or administrative)

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Healthcare/Medical Device industry preferred

Monday through Friday (onsite)

8am to 5pm CST

Description:

• Process contracts daily

• Send Equipment shipment requests and price loads

• Maintain open communication with sales representatives to ensure quick turnaround times for processing

• Generate and distributed local vendor contracts to allow for our distributors to submit their rebates

• Check contracts for cleanliness and accuracy before sending for signature

  • Enter contracts in a log and CRM system

  • Process specific Sales rep requests (i.e. contract inquiry and file conversion requests)

  • Review contract expiration against distributor list (monthly)

  • Review contract/pricing deals using a strict pricing guideline sheet

  • Work on other projects as needed
