We are searching for aContract Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Contract Manufacturing Financial Analyst, you will serve as a valued partner to the organization in providing financial insights to drive business outcomes and support strategic initiatives. This involves research and analysis of financial, industry, and market information, distilling information into forecasts and other actionable reports. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and manage models to support the landed costs analysis.

  • Analyze and reconcile inventory with RCP third party contracts.

  • Proactively research and determine corrective action for inventory errors/variances.

  • Monitor third parties' contractors for cycle count, inventory movements, customer returns, etc.

  • Assist management with SAP costing.

  • Support RCP Business Units and Management during planning and forecasting processes.

  • Participate in special projects.

  • Ad-hoc analysis.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization with competing priorities to the right results with a focused logical approach.

  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Ability to multitask, take on additional responsibilities, and be a proactive driver of a change.

  • Ability to recommend, develop, and implement innovative process improvements in the areas of reporting.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CFA) + relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on new assignments.

  • Experience working with large-scale data analytic and reporting tools.

  • Providing solutions based on results of ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making.
