Aston Carter Contract Administration Coordinator in Lake Forest, Illinois

Job Title: Contract AdministrationJob Description

This role involves daily contract administration, sending equipment shipment requests, and loading prices. The successful candidate will maintain open communication with sales representatives to ensure quick turnaround times for processing. You will generate and distribute local vendor contracts, allowing our distributors to submit their rebates. Your role will also involve checking contracts for cleanliness and accuracy prior to sending for signature, entering contracts into a log and CRM system, and processing specific sales representative requests. This includes contract inquiry and file conversion requests. A monthly review of contract expiration against the distributor list will be required, as well as reviewing contract/pricing deals using a strict pricing guideline sheet (to be provided to the candidate). You may also work on other projects as needed.

This role is fully onsite in Lake Forest, reporting directly into the Pricing Manager. Standard working hours are 8-5.
