JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position: This position will support Western\'s efforts to improve teaching and learning through the effective application of performance-based curriculum development and instructional design theory with an emphasis on DEI by assisting faculty with designing program and course level curriculum. Primary focus will be given to the intentional integration of culturally responsive teaching and learning practices, the design and review of Blackboard courses, and professional development needed for faculty in the areas of curriculum development, and instructional design. Collaboration with faculty, Academic Excellence staff and academic administration is essential. This position works to promote educational and social justice within the division and the larger academic institution.
