Key Purpose of the Job:

· To execute and implement training programs for retail operations and sales staff

· To deliver courseware and evaluate effectiveness to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement in place

· Organize basic training and seasonal training and execute it locally

· Executive RSCDJ courses to retail staff

· To ensure training quality and coverage

· To close monitor post training activities

· To develop different engagement activities via m-learning platforms in HK

Key Area of Responsibility:

• Deliver training programs and provide field coaching for sales team

• Identify training needs for retail team

• To prepare and update training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies

• To maintain updated training database to better monitor and enhance training productivity

• To participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. retail competency / retail performance review)

• To provide KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for staff performance evaluation/grading. (e.g. retail training level attainment, product level training attainment, etc.)

• To support m-learning platform to fulfill learning needs from retails

• To deliver regular on-site coaching to uplift sales and service skills to enhance customer experience

We are looking for

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 1-3 year related working experience （retail & TTT & ambassador program）

• Hands on experience in preparing training material and presentation

• Good presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill

• Good communication skills and execution skills

• Proficient in written & spoken Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office
