職務目的(Job Purpose)

  • L&D Business Partnerは、ビジネス部門、個人の目標達成を促進するためのパフォーマンスのギャップ分析、学習ニーズの診断、適切な能力開発ソリューションの特定およびその設計、促進において、ビジネスリーダーと協力して、人材育成をする。

  • 組織のパフォーマンスを最大化させるために、計画的な変革を通じて組織開発をする。

  • Global L&Dと連携しながら、グローバルプログラムの日本への導入をリードする。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

  • ビジネスリーダー(Stakeholders)とパートナーシップを築きながら、ニーズ分析、特定された学習ニーズに対してのプログラムをデザイン、教材を開発をし、学習目標が達成するようなファシリテーションを行う。

  • 組織が抱えている問題を総合的にとらえ、人と人の関係性や相互性が根本原因と特定された場合、組織の健全性、効率性、効果性、合理性が改善される組織開発を提案し、ビジネスリーダーとともに問題解決を図る。

  • 会社における変革プログラムの実施に必要なL&Dサポートを提供する。

  • すべてのトレーニングセッションのロジスティクスを主導・管理し、トレーニングが実施できる環境を整える。

  • ゴールに照らし合わせて、プログラムの効果を測定評価し、改善のための提案を行う。

  • L&Dに関する効果測定レポートおよびプロポーザルを作成し、ゴール、解決策、予算、品質、リソース、課題や制限事項やそれらに伴う影響をまとめる。

  • コースの内容やプログラムの提供方法を継続的に改善するため、既存の研修資料の更新を提案・調整する。

  • L&Dのベストプラクティス、トレンド、最新スキルをリサーチした上で、対面セッション、Webinar、eラーニングのプログラムを開発・実施し、ビジネスに付加価値をつける。

  • コーポレート・コミュニケーションと協力し、効果的でインパクトのあるコミュニケーション戦略をプランし、社員に学習プログラムが周知され、理解され、十分に活用されるようにする。

  • 必要に応じて外部ベンダーを発掘し、交渉や契約を主導する。

  • 変化への対応、ポジティブな職場環境のサポートなど、人や組織に関するビジネスでの様々な問題についてのアドバイスやコーチングを相談者に対して行う。

  • L&D Business Partnerのロールモデルとなり、同僚の能力開発を支援する。

Job Purpose

  • L&D Business Partners work with business leaders to develop excellent human resources by analyzing performance gap to facilitate the goal attainment of business division as well as employees, learning needs, and also by identifying, designing and promoting appropriate capacity building with business leaders.

  • Engage in organizational development through planned change to maximize organizational performance.

  • In collaboration with Global L&D, lead the introduction of the global programs to Japan.

Job Responsibilities

  • In partnership with business leaders (Stakeholders), conduct needs analysis, design program for identified learning needs, develop materials, and facilitate to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

  • Identify overall organizational issues. When interpersonal relationships and mutuality are identified as the root cause, propose organizational development that will improve the organizational health, efficiency, effectiveness, and rationality of the organization, and work closely with business leaders to solve the problems.

  • Provide the L&D support necessary to implement the transformation program for the company.

  • Lead and manage the logistics of all training sessions and create a training environment.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the program in light of the goals and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare effectiveness measurement reports and proposals on L&D, summarizing goals, solutions, budget, quality, resources, challenges and limitations and their associated impacts.

  • Propose and coordinate updates to existing training materials to continually improve course content and program delivery methods.

  • Develop and implement in-person sessions, webinars, and e-learning programs based on research of the best practices, trends, and the latest skills of L&D to add value to the business.

  • Work with Corporate Communications to plan effective and impactful communication strategies to ensure that learning programs are known, understood, and fully taken advantage of by employees.

  • Select external vendors where necessary and lead negotiations and contracts.

  • Provide advice and coaching to those who need on a wide range of business issues related to people and organizations, such as dealing with change, assisting with positive work environments, etc.

  • Serve as a role model for L&D Business Partners and support the capacity development of colleagues.
