商品品質の維持向上、適切性の確保
商品・料率委員会の運営に基づく商品開発態勢の整備
種目横断の商品開発への参画・支援
基礎書類等の管理
団体扱・集団扱契約の定足数管理および員外契約点検
金融庁・各種業界団体、および当社代理店連合会に対する窓口業務
職責 （ Job Responsibilities ）
商品品質の維持向上、適切性の確保のために、各種関係法令および金融庁の定める指針・ガイドライン、AIG-Policy /Standardに準拠した商品開発管理態勢を構築する。
商品・料率委員会の運営を通じて、顧客セグメント毎のお客さまの期待とニーズを反映した商品を迅速・正確に提供し、かつ、適正に会社収益を確保できる態勢を整備する。
種目横断で行う商品の開発に参画し、種目間調整を図り、適切な商品開発を支援する。
当局の許認可に沿った業務運営を行うために、基礎書類等（認可申請・届出を行うことで得た当局の許認可の内容を記載した書類）を適切に保管・管理する。
団体扱・集団扱契約の定足数管理および員外契約点検業務を行うことにより、適切性・公平性を確保する。
金融庁・各種業界団体、および当社代理店連合会に対する窓口業務を担い、適切で円滑なコミュニケーションを行う。
