You will be part of a dynamic, diverse, and international Rewards team focusing on Data & Analytics, to establish a reliable Rewards data roadmap to support best in class Analytics to equip key stakeholders with compensation data.

This role is critical to support Avanade with benchmarking and analytics to remain competitive within our defined markets and locations.

What you will do:

  • Establish an inventory of the current Total Rewards data

  • Map a future data model defining the data sources for a future ready roadmap.

  • Define automation opportunities for data and processes working with Functional and Technical SMEs

  • In partnership with the HR Total Rewards Operations Director be the main contact for all topics focused on Data and Analytics, including benchmarking, supporting the Total Rewards Strategy, providing modelling and reporting

  • Oversee data uploads in HRIS or interfaced system by partnering closely with respective technical teams

  • Stay current with market trends, and oversee and enhance market pricing tools providing training and support to Total Rewards team and HR as the subject matter expert

  • Ensure that all compensation practices comply with current legislation

Skills and experiences

  • Experience in Total Rewards Operations / Analytics preferred

  • Extensive experience with benchmarking and salary range creation activities

  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills

  • Passion for technology with an ability to understand data flows into / out of an HRIS and interact with HR IS subject matter experts

  • Experience with Workday, salary.com or similar system preferred

  • MS Office expertise; specifically, must be an expert in Excel
