Your role and responsibilities

As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise

We are seeking a Senior SAP HANA SCM Consultants with expertise in SAP HANA SCM, specifically in the areas of (one or more) TM, PP (Process Industry), MM (Inventory Management), and MM Source to Pay. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a HANA environment, and extensive experience in end-to-end implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP HANA SCM modules for clients.

• Facilitating fit-to-standard workshops to align business processes with SAP solutions.

• Overseeing cutovers and managing client engagements efficiently.

• Demonstrating robust management accounting process experience.

• Exhibiting advanced SAP HANA skills and superior communication abilities in English.

• Proactively engaging with stakeholders, ranging from end-users to client country management.

• Leveraging consulting skills to offer strategic guidance to clients.

• Collaborating with development teams to design and test integrations with external applications or other front-end sales applications, or external pricing engines.

• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of integration with sales, inventory management, and finance.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Demonstrated history in end-to-end implementation programs

• Experience in template rollout and fit-to-standard workshops

• Exceptional client-facing skills with the capability to manage stakeholder expectations

• Robust consulting skills and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with development teams to design and test integrations with external applications

• Extensive experience in management accounting processes
