Sales Associate, Kohler Gardener

Opportunity

Are you someone who enjoys customer service and sales in an upscale, eclectic shop environment? Do you take pleasure in ensuring guest needs are met with graciousness and five star skill? If so, then the position of sales associate is for you!

Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, taking customer special orders, etc.

• Being knowledgeable in the basics of the point of sale software system

• Cashiering and finalizing a sale, opening and closing of register

• Being knowledgeable about and be able to promote the Destination Kohler Resort and the Village of Kohler

• Assisting in maintenance of store

This is Part-Time opportunity. Shifts will vary from 10am-6pm weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Sales or customer service experience in a specialty retail store desired

• Flexible availability

• Ability to work independently

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $14.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location
