Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall management of displays, samples, tradeshow product coordination, product launch samples in a timely manner.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Developing and implementing administrative processes, managing schedules and deadlines, and planning product needs for events, product launch samples, tradeshows and displays.
Timely & consistent communication and include the appropriate stakeholders for the projects being executed.
Allocating resources to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
Skills/Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Accounting preferred
5+ years operation coordination or project management experience preferred
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Excellent communication abilities
Process-driven mindset
Comfort with ambiguity

The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
