Job Title: Skilled Construction Laborer
Job Description
Clean, repair, and ensure all storage units and offices are in working condition and ready to be rented.
Responsibilities
Use proper tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude with drills, saws, hammers, levels, measuring tape, and more.
Fix minor damages such as drywall holes, replace light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds, patch up flooring, and perform basic electrical or plumbing repairs.
Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Work independently, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback.
Essential Skills
Experience with general labor, production, and construction tasks.
Proficiency in using forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing.
Ability to measure accurately with tape measures and read blueprints.
Knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical wiring, and repair work.
Experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Residential home building experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
