A Project Administrator position is available through Belcan with one of our clients in Kirkland, WA. In this position you will join the Customer Program Management Office (PMO) for an aerospace electronics manufacturer. A person will be responsible for helping to submit and receive data submittals to a variety of customers. The ideal candidate has experience working with data submissions and receipts via online customer portals, and the ability to review and ensure data submissions are properly prepared and documented
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work in a Customer Program Management Office

Will review and ensure data submissions are properly prepared and documented
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
Experience working with data submissions and receipts via online customer portals
Must have the ability to review and ensure data submissions are properly prepared and documented
Strong MS Office Tools
Excel-basic pivot table experience along with online, web-based portals
Strong Communication skills
Must be detail oriented and thorough
Can work quickly but with accuracy and be a problem solver
Must be organized and precise
Must be team oriented
