ManpowerGroup Building Maintenance Engineer in Kirkland, Washington

Our client, in the real estate/building maintenance industry is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the building. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills and mechanical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Engineer

Location: Kirkland, Washington

Pay Range: DOE

What’s the Job?

  • Light building maintenance (mechanical, plumbing, light HVAC, light electrical)

  • Light maintenance work around the property

  • Does require a good amount of walking on the property when not using a golf cart for maintenance

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • light mechanical/maintenance skills

  • any building maintenance experience is a plus!

  • Andy industry/technical trades certifications are a plus
