Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Records Coordinator to join our team located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role lies within the legal industry and will be carried out fully onsite. As a Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for document control, answering inbound calls, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents in an efficient manner

• Ensuring that all documents are accurately catalogued and easily accessible for staff

• Handling inbound calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly and timely manner

• Performing data entry tasks, ensuring that all data is entered accurately and promptly

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites to manage, format, and present data effectively

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all documents under your management

• Liaising with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the document control system

• Assisting with the training of staff in the use of the document control system

• Regularly reviewing and updating document control procedures to improve efficiency

• Resolving any issues or inquiries related to document control in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Document Control or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experienced in Data Entry and Data Entry - Numeric, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills to effectively answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries or requests.

• Proven track record in Document Control, ensuring all documentation meets formal standards and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaborative skills.

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues related to document control.

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software and technology related to document control.
