Insight Global Business Analyst in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

One of our large healthcare software clients are looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. The Staff Business Analyst has strong business analysis skills, focusing on complex, high-impact projects that require advanced analytical skills and deep domain expertise. This role involves leading the discovery, analysis, and solution design phases of high focus initiatives. The Staff Business Analyst collaborates closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. This position is responsible for the coordination, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of client requirements and workflows, primarily supporting the implementation and/or extension of our proprietary software products. Recommends and participates in process improvement projects to optimize internal operations. Identifies and understands clients needs and contributes towards for bridging the gap between those needs and our technology. This is a 11-month contract role, with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time employee.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a BA in the healthcare industry

     - Previous healthcare claims processing and adjudication experience

       Experience working with the ClaimsXten (CXT) application

     - Strong soft skills and highly analytical

     - Understanding of data formats: XML,Json, FHIR

     - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience. null
