Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - not to exceed 19.5 hours week

Summary of Position

This job supports the instructional component of the school’s mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student.

Minimum Required Education

  • Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with documented work experience.

    Minimum Required Experience

  • Three-years recent documented work experience in the automotive field required.

  • Experience in post-secondary teaching is preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education, experience, and skills.

  • Be able to teach the subject matter effectively and communicate clearly with students.

  • Computer skills including Word, WordPerfect, downloading and installing software, sending and receiving emails with attachments.
