Job Summary:

At Keystone Hospitality, our Housekeeping team is the "heart of the house!" By adhering to the highest quality of industry standards, our team ensures guest satisfaction every step of the way. The Team Lead with assist the Executive Housekeeper in the overall delivery of exceptional experience to both employees and guests alike. This individual is responsible for the supervision, training, scheduling, and motivation of the housekeeping, laundry and houseperson team.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range $23.00 - $25.99 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Executive Housekeeper in scheduling the team in cleaning groups and tracking the productivity amounts each group is responsible for on a daily basis.

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests and be the key communicator between all different departments. I.e. Front Desk and Maintenance.

  • Train new employees on safety, room directions/specifications, stocking carts, and ergonomics.

  • Prioritize daily cleaning schedules with special requests. Report add-on cleaning requests from Guests.

  • Provide, and organize cleaning supplies, room amenities, and linens for the housekeepers.

  • Conduct inspections on rooms, public areas, and the laundry department.

  • Help Executive Housekeeper with performance reviews with feedback, productivity, and inspection notes.

  • Log and track lost and found items from the units. Report maintenance issues and damages.

  • Assist in tracking labor costs, calling in contract labor when needed.

  • Schedule and track off-season deep cleans which includes carpet cleaning, dry cleaning, and requests for maintenance.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in and passion for service, supervisory experience required.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to satisfy various stakeholders.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to read, comprehend, and write complex correspondence and effectively communicate with guests, using diplomacy and tact required. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
