Job Summary:

The Security Agent is an entry-level role responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for all persons and property within our Mountain Resort, including but not limited to: hotels, offices, restaurants, properties, and retail locations. This may include foot patrols, responding to emergencies, completing of detailed reports, and interacting with local law enforcement. Our ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity while enhancing guest experience.

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: Available

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.04 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time

  • Skill Level: Entry, Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and reporting, or correcting safety issues

  • Assisting/interacting with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner

  • Providing high visibility presence in order to deter criminal activity and violations of resort conduct code

  • Transporting of deposits and banks from sales locations to vault

  • Responding to and investigating incidents and accidents

  • Cooperating with law enforcement in investigations

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary

  • Desire to learn and grow

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs

  • Clean and current driver's license;

  • Ability to work outside in varying and extreme weather conditions

  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
