Summary You will serve as an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Cybersecurity Engineering Branch, Cyber Engineering Division, In-Service Engineering Department of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA). Responsibilities You will be responsible for the NAVY Risk Management Framework (RMF) Roles and Responsibilities of an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and be a backup to the project lead in a working capital fund organization. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of the program ISSM duties and any delegation activities to the team as it relates to execution for the calendar year. You will provide expert advice on the implementation of supporting technologies, including interpretation and review of proposals, plans, and specifications for applicable projects and programs. You will mentor junior level employees on RMF processes and analyzing cybersecurity risk. You will be responsible for the development of long-term Cyber Test and Evaluation strategy, test plans and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing strategies for testing and evaluating undersea cyber security information technology systems to ensure requirement compliance. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
