How You Will Make an Impact:
The Silo Move Coordinator is an interictal part of our leadership team. This position will provide oversite to all silo moves, while obtaining permits for the moves. This is an in-office position with a work schedule being Monday - Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Liaison between supervisor’s team and leadership such as Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Safety Manager regarding silo moves
Manage Overweight/Oversize Permits
Prepare the fleet for movers,
Approve routes, secure the pilot car, perform rig up and rig down
Manage the start locations and organize cleanliness, organization, space utilization
Assist with the Dormancy report
Physically driving of finding trailers owned by Atlas Energy, and swapping out batteries
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
Required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, sit and climb or balance
Must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Capable of working a rotating shift, 14 on 7 off rotating between days and nights
Must be ale to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat
Education and Experience:
Must have a class A CDL with a doubles and triples endorsement
Minimum of 2 years driving experience
Minimum of 2 years experience pulling permits for OW/OS vehicles
At least two years of supervisory or leadership industrial experience
At least two years supervising drivers and operations
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents and data
Computer skills – inputting data, reading charts, using MS Office (Mail, Word and Excel)
Leadership and coaching skills
Communicate effectively with reports and upper management
Solve problems and take initiative on safety and procedures
Written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
