TRK Ring Recruiting Maintenance Planner in Kent, Washington
We are looking for an experience Maintenance Planner for our client in Kent, WA. A successful candidate will have food production experience, dedicated to safety and efficiencies, ready to develop and implement procedures and processes.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, maintenance management, and schematics to develop effective maintenance plans. Your premium skills in CMMS and HVAC will enhance our facilities' efficiency. Strong communication and leadership abilities will be vital as you collaborate with various teams to execute projects and maintain safety standards, ultimately contributing to our commitment to operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for the facility
- Coordinate with maintenance team to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Create and update preventive maintenance procedures and schedules
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and projects
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including costs, downtime, and repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Industrial maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
- Production planning: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Purpose:Meets product inventory demands by collecting information on requirements; preparing a processing plan.Duties: * Determines processing requirements by coordinating with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and distribution. * Produces processing plan by calculating requirements, facility capacity, materials availability, and due dates. * Updates processing plan by reviewing daily production, materials receipt, sales forecasts, and product distribution; disseminates schedule changes; obtains input from monthly planning meeting. * Updates product database by verifying and entering data. * Provides planning information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing packaging data and trends. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Accomplishes processing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Quality, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Production Planning, Independence, Reporting Skills, Organization, Coordination, Planning, Automotive Manufacturing
