Smith Brothers Farms, a leading producer and deliverer of milk to homes, schools, and business in the Puget Sound area for more than 100 years, is seeking Part-Time Event Specialists to join the team at their dairy plant in Kent, WA. Minimum qualifications: * Experience in sales, events, marketing, demos, brand promotion or customer service. * Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor. Excellent communication skills. * Excellent time management and dependability: show up on time for all events. * High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. College students and veterans encouraged to apply. * Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years old for insurance purposes. * Must be able to set up Smith Brothers booth and lift up to 50 lbs. Return vehicle and supplies in event-ready condition. * Must be available to work events weekends and select holidays. Weekdays are a plus! * Must follow company and event safety requirements. General duties/responsibilities: * Engage new customers, build brand awareness, and generate sales. * Educate customers on the simplest, most reliable grocery delivery service in the region. Share our catalog of fresh grocery staples, local favorites, and the story of our beloved, family-owned company. * Sign up new customers using an easy app. * Set up / break down a tent, table, and display. Drive to and from events. * Report hours worked and event feedback.
