Job Description
TMBT Logistics is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Driver Helper to join our team. As a Driver Helper, you will assist our drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering goods to our customers. This role is essential in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods onto and off the truck.
- Help navigate and direct the driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the truck and at delivery sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during loading, unloading, and deliveries.
- Report any issues or delays to the driver and logistics coordinator promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
