JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional Services Group and Community Impact Programs is now hiring for the Assistant Supervisor role to join our Intensive Supervision Youth Competency (ISYC) team! PSG/CIP is a community-based social services organization committed to developing innovative services to strengthen the families and communities we work with. The ISYC Program is designed to address the needs of youth who are adjudicated by juvenile court, and whose behavior puts them at risk for an out-of-home placement. This program uses the concepts of positive youth development to provide services to help youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, improve decision-making, and assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations. The Assistant Supervisor will assist with the supervision of staff within the ISYC program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR: Assist in the hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining of ISYC program staff. Develop and complete statistical reports and all other program documentation as assigned by the Supervisor. Create and manage all program lists, calendars, and schedules. Provide all of the essential functions of the Youth Justice Services Worker by providing direct services to ISYC clients. Safely transport clients as needed. LOCATION: Office is located in Kenosha, WI. Local travel may be required to meet with clients within the home or other community spaces. Must be able to work on-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin. SCHEDULE: Full-timeMonday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, with one Saturday per month. Occassional evening shift may be required based on program need. WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP? SALARY: \$24.00-25.00 per hour REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Driver\'s License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis. Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related. One year of previous experience working with at-risk youth and families is required.
