- Salary: $50,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service - Safety Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions ensuring top-notch service while also playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our safety standards. Your responsibilities will include creating custom fence, pipe and profile drawings, assisting with customer complaints and collaborating with various teams to ensure quality and safety.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service - Safety Specialist:
- Generate Custom Drawings: Utilize TurboCAD software to create custom fence, pipe and profile drawings.
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), production teams and management to address quality issues and develop custom designs.
- Safety Enforcement: Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company safety policies.
- Lead Safety Committee: Manage and lead the safety committee to foster a safe working environment.
- Additional Duties: Handle all other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
